On March 27, 2025 Trinity St. Andrew’s United Church (TSA) Thrift Shop Committee chose to present a cheque for $1475 to the Student Support Fund of Renfrew County District School Board. Each quarter a portion of the net sales of the Thrift Shop is given back to a not for profit community agency. This quarter we chose a children’s organization.
To date the Student Support Fund has provided nearly $193,000 in mini-grants to RCDSB students in need. Grants help students overcome barriers to participation by providing access to food, extra-curricular programs, basic needs, college application fees and more. The TSA Thrift Shop (corner of Plaunt and Quarry) sells clothing, books and small household goods at affordable prices.
TSA Thrift Shop hours are Thursdays 11 to 5 and Saturdays 10 to 2. Donations of goods may be made when the Shop is open for business as well as Monday and Wednesday from 9 – 2, and on Fridays from 9 – 12 when volunteers are sorting. .Enter through the Quarry St. entrance.
